About Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is the practice of enlightened sleep, and is performed lying down in 30-45 minute practice sessions. One session of Yoga Nidra can bring the same rest as 4 hours of sleep.

Practitioners of Yoga Nidra improve their sleep, dreams and dream yoga abilities, have profound meditative insights, while healing the physical, emotional, and mental layers of the body.

About Michele Loew

Michele Loew has been studying yoga for 30 years, and is also a devoted Vajrayana Buddhism practitioner. Having a deep love for the clearlight and dream yoga practices, and the sister science of Yoga Nidra, she is passionate about sharing these deeply transformational practices with students as a swift path to freedom, joy, and bliss.

Michele is the director of The Yoga Space in Portland, Oregon, the founder of Vajra Yoga with Robert Thurman, and co-author of “The Yoga of Niguma” with H.E. Kalu Rinpoche.

Michele’s deep spiritual wisdom and understanding of the expansive landscape of Yoga Nidra made the course a profound experience. It helped me make an important shift I couldn’t make on my own.
